| We identify the problems, prioritize the severity, and deliver solutions, so that you get a single report that lists the problems and recommended improvements for your design. It's colorful, easy to read, and reported as a high-quality Acrobat PDF file.
Reviews are based on our extensive experience as the experts of the Web usability and Intranet usability fields. We use the heuristic evaluation methodology which was invented by a couple of world leading usability analysis experts to identify some to identify some common problems. Other methods we used in analyzing usability include Cognitive walkthrough evaluation, Context of Use (CoU) analysis, SWOT, etc. |

| Schedule |
| We can consult from a minimum of half a day by focusing on high priority areas. Full homepage analysis reports take between 2 to 4 days to complete. At first, expert will visit your site, assuming the role of a user, and analyze it based on established extensive principles of good usability standard. Then, these analyses are filled in a usability report that details the problems and success of your site's usability, presenting actual suggestions and recommendations to improve it. |

| Confidentiality |
| All results are kept completely confidential, as are any files and information about your project which we are given to help our evaluation better target your needs. The analysis reports are client-confidential. They contain highly strategic advice and analyses of not-yet-released designs. Nothing about client engagements is ever communicated to anybody else. |

| Deliverable |
Reports are typically 3-8 pages long, it depends on the problems and suggestions we found in the project. Written report address two levels of issues: Specific and prioritized usability problems in the design are identified together with recommended changes that will improve usability.
We will send usability analysis report to you by email as an attachment. Reports are created in Adobe's Acrobat PDF format. You'll need the freely available reader from Adobe installed on your computer. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader.  |
